I made an appointment to have my son seen to get a release signed so he can play sports. The mediacal release form clearly states that a MD, DO, PA, or NP can sign the form. They would not sign the form stating that a MD has to sign a medical release. If that level of attention is applied across the board there I wouldn't trust them with anything.

All of the staff were great and they worked hard to get you in as quickly as possible. They’re online sign in also made checking in easy and convenient.

The worst-nothing fast about it. Been waiting 45 mins so far just to do a drug screen

Booked an appointment for the next day- I walk in 15 min before appointment time and she was VERY rude and agitated with me. She said she would need to “put me in the system”. Which I didn’t understand because I did all my check in information online the day prior to the appointment. I know that with COVID and the craziness healthcare workers deal with can be irritating at times but you never take it out in the patient. We had no appointment and we were seen same day within an hour. Still have not been able to see our regular dr. We were very pleased with the care we were given. Would go again if needed.

This place was a joke. they treated my son like a leper, diagnosed him with covid which was negative so they could rush him out of there. We will NEVER BE BACK!!! Neither will anyone of my friends, family, or acquaintances. corporate should handle this because y'all just lost a lot of business and made yourselves look terrible. Like most mothers I don't play about my child being treated like crap or suffering for over a week because of a so called medical expert. Took my dad Thursday, June 18th, 2020 to this location. Called around 6pm (closing time was 8pm) to see if they accept his insurance and was told they were “full”. Explained to the receptionist that it was urgent, they were one of the only places around even open. Was told if you arrive by 7:30, they would see us & there was a possible wait time of 30 mins.
