I have tried to contact their customer care offices multiple times because of the horrible experience I had at the Monroe office, no one has ever gotten in touch with me. I will not return.
Staff was plenty nice, but they told me my hand pain could be caused by swelling of the brain..... A trip to the ER a panicked husband and 8 hours later I have Radial nerve damage and carpal tunnel

We have used this location many times in the past and have had great experiences all times. The nurse practitioner is very good and awesome with my girls. The bad is now if you have private insurance you need to leave a 200 dollar deposit for up to 3 months per visit. Really the whole reason I pay insurance is to avoid this. If you have Medicare or Medicaid your good to go. Guess we will not be back to this location. I can go to the ER cheaper.
