Where do I start? Rude staff, disorganized, and didn’t listen. At. All. My daughter was hurt at work and HAD to use them. They lost her paperwork and it took an hour just to get her started. She’s an adult and when I asked how long it might take (she was the only one there) I was ignored. After 2 hours, I told her to take a Lyft home and I’m glad I did - she was there for 5 HOURS! FastMed my foot!! My daughter is under a doctor’s care and has been told to not take ibuprofen, which she had to mention multiple times, but they ... read more

Cut my finger and I liked the care and the NA Was suppose to go back for a follow up and get the stiches taking out They told me no charge for follow up treatments and the girl made a mistake and put it down for a regular treatment and I got a Bill for a co pay Tryed to call customer sevice and you can never talk to no one terrible service and if I don't want it to go to colaction I guess i better pay and they won't call you back Will never go again Terrible customer service and the girl on front desk need more trauning

RecommendedTook my son today....had 3 people in front of us but we still did not wait very long. Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to the nurse that took us back and the NP was so nice. NP took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything... we have been here several times and we will continue. .... excellent service every single time we have been.
