Came because of blood in stool. Discussed possibilities. No inspection of anus. No blood tests done. Went the next day to another urgent care (Indy in Hillsborough) and they did those logical things. End result - bloodwork fine, hemorrhoid found with conclusion that colo-rectal cancer nearly completely ruled out but colonoscopy scheduled to be totally sure. The experience left me feeling well-informed and basically relieved. The Fast Med experience did not. I actually feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for it.

1. I made an online “appointment.” Got there, found out it’s not an appointment, but a “placeholder.” 2. Need to send emails letting people know, what the wait time is. I showed up at my APPOINTMENT time, to be told I was waiting 2 hours. 3. Pissed.
RecommendedThis was my first time visiting FastMed. It’s 5 minutes from home, so the convenience is amazing. I had a very good experience. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. I appreciated the calming and comforting presence of the medical staff while tending to me during a painful and anxious time. Thank you very much for your care of me and for the great work you do for others every day.
