I checked in due to continuous panic attacks. They collected my co-pay and my insurance information just to tell me that they are not equipped to handle my problem. The most common phrase by the PA during my time there was “I can’t.” If you can’t help someone with an urgent mental health need then tell me at the front desk. I had an appt 6-18 -Fast Med at this facility didn't open-several of us in line-we called individually. A lady inside said receptionist never came in-she couldn't open without full staff. She promised to call back. She never called any of us back and never opened. After 45 minutes, we all left. Then FastMed has the gall to keep sending me text messages to show up for my appointment. HORRIBLE
