RecommendedKind, friendly staff...we were in and out much quicker than Robbins Urgent care! They were very thorough...doctor found that my babies antibiotics weren't working stopped them started some new antibiotics and told us to follow up within 5 days with our regular pediatrician. We will be returning to this urgent care when needed.

Best urgent care ever! Fast and friendly. I never waited more than 15 mins in the waiting area and I was in and out in an hour or less.

Took my 12yr old son there a whie back for a rash and respiratory infection and Dr.Harvey was awesome my son loved him! Was refused service, when we got there at 6:20pm & the website says they don’t close till 8pm. Also have to add in there was only one other person in the lobby waiting. I didn’t see a name tag, but the woman had short red hair.
because I went to checked for pink eye and told them my BP would be high because I was out of my medicine then that fatass cna came in and she couldn't do nothing for me and they charged me $120 copay and kept all of it wouldn't take a stray dog out there
Completely disappointed. My mom went here for joint pain occurring with a sudden onset in 4 joints at the same time. Provider refused any treatment, including a simple lab that would have easily diagnosed the actual problem-or even a steroid dose pack (the standard treatment which relieves pain within 1-2 days). It is an absolute shame that the provider was negligent and did not provide any resolution when only steroids were requested for pain of 9/10, and only provided exercises which will not alleviate the pain. The storefront says "Walk-in's welcome" as well as "No appointment necessary" both are false. I sat in their lot from 6:15am until they opened at 8am because I didn't want to clog up the ED for my issue, just to walk in and be told that I can't be seen without an appointment! If I had known that I would not have sat there hurting, I would have went to the hospital ED. If this is the "new policy since COVID" please change your signs.
