First off they told me that I was about too old to get strep because I'm 33 and by the way 2 days after I was there I had strep. 2nd they put staples in my sons leg because he got cleated at school and told me to come back about 10 days and that there wouldn't be a charge, so I went back today 9 days later and they wanted to charge me another copayment that shouldn't be charged. �
If I could give 0 stars I would. Was here over 2 hours with 1 person ahead of me. As others came in the PA took them in front of me, I'm only here for a strep test, finally walked out after the dr told me it was negative but she would be back to release me & write me down some otc info for allergies/sinus. Don't waste your time or money here!
Got there at 9:30 am. Filled out paperwork and went to a room within 30 mins which was great. However I didn't get seen until 11 am and left at 11:50am I believe they need more staff members because as far as I could tell there was only 1 doctor
I went to your urgent care this past Saturday. First if you close at a certain time, tell the customer.... Also the person at the front desk, should never say "every time I work this happens.. meaning it's 4pm and I can't leave because oh my gosh their a sick person here, not cool and I will do my best to discourage another person to ever come to your Urgent Care��
