We had an issue with snakes and mice getting into our house through the bottom of an addition that was added on by the previous owners. We didn’t know who to call so we ended up looking up home construction contractors and after calling multiple places and leaving messages with them all, FCR was the only company that called us back or even offered to come out to look at our issue. After a flood in our kitchen and calling around to places for more than a week, we were connected with FCR and they worked with us to figure out how to meet our needs and juggle home renovations with kids and pets. Their crews were always friendly and courteous and did a good job.
Recently had storm damage requiring new roof and gutters. Frank and his Team at FCR did outstanding work. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, walking us through the whole process. Recently we received hail damage to our roof and guttering. We selected FCR Home Improvement as the contractor for the repairs. The job is complete now and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. David G****** our Project Consultant was a joy to work with. So far, FCR has come out (referred) by our insurance company. They came the same day! Answered all our questions. Joey and Dave did their measurements. One went up on roof. Very professional on the initial meeting. Pending their report to us and insurance company. I feel very comfortable doing business with FCR.
