Had FCR work on my house after a tree fell on it. Their work was excellent, very receptive to my requirements. From emergency work to cover the hole from weather to the last details FCR was professional and easy to work with. They worked quickly, took care of all the issues working with the city and insurance. They made sure the house was in the same or better shape than it was before the tree.
The project manager Cory from original insurance estimate through the entire damage repair encompassing 3 rooms ensured top quality work and all wall repairs, wallpaper, paint and flooring replacement and painting were to highest standards. Whenever we had concerns or questions, Cory would always return to our house and go over and beyond to rectify any potential problems and “make it right” for us!
Frank and his crews at FCR were great to work with. Prior to our window install, we found that the sheathing (hidden behind the vinyl siding) and studs were rotten. Frank sent a crew out to replace the rim joist, underlayment, studs, drywall and siding. They did great. Then they were able to install 2 large windows which look exactly like we hoped . I would definitely use FCR again.
FCR did an excellent job, from start to finish! I would hire FCR for our next project. Thank you Frank, Israel, George, and the crew.
