They did a fantastic job, a totally worry free experience! They handled everything from my insurance claim to the final installation, taking the worry out of dealing with my insurance company and getting my house repaired. They dealt with my insurance company and made sure that the claim was correct, and that my insurance company was paying for the repairs of everything needed. I had called FCR for 2 projects in our home - a full basement refinishing (on new construction) & an additional laundry room in the basement (to meet the needs of my business). We had vinyl siding installed and it was a smooth process and a great experience from start to finish. We are pleased with the work, the installer, and the amount of time that it took to complete the project. We encountered minor issues, but they were dealt with right away.
