I purchased 10 year warranties for both of my cars. Fidelity has always been fair in paying claims. $100 deductible is the option I always select. Sometimes they make the manufacturer pay when its a known defect. They handle everything.I have so far purchased 4 extended warranties with fidelity. The peace of mind not worrying about the cars breaking down is well worth the money.

I bought a Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. 5/60,000 *********** Plan when I purchased a Used 2018 **** EcoSport. I originally thought it covered Mechanical Failures like previous Extended Warranties I had purchased with used vehicles. But in reading through the documentation post purchase (really didn't have much of a chance to do more than a fast skim of it when signing all of the paperwork at the Dealership). I have been scammed and misled by the warranty company and the dealer. Telling me to read page 4 of the contract. I wasn't provided anything but the front page that clearly doesn't state anything about,maintenance records.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the handling and denial of my recent warranty claim. Your team has denied the claim on the grounds of " carbon build up" despite clear documentation and diagnosis from the ceritified mechanic that the actual cause of engine failure was a stretched timing chain. This company must be difficult to get to cover repairs for because I was charged through a company for them to call for 30 min to for them to tell the repair shop it wasn't covered. From the reviews it seems like nothing is "covered" through this company. I'm out money with having full coverage issues on my car but they deemed it "unable to determine what caused my screen to shatter so it's not covered". The screen shattered on its own. I was at work when it happened. Got in my car to go home and the screen shattered.

Fidelity Warranty Service issued me a cancellation refund check and it reversed at the bank they sent the check from I need help

Upon cancellation, I received a partial refund of $2,501.42. However, I originally paid $3,121.00 for this coverage, meaning that $620 has been withheld without a clear explanation. I have never made a claim or used any benefits under the extended warranty.

Just had work done while out of state, my touchscreen on my **** Ranger APIM crashed ans egr vavle replacement 2300$. Had it repaired at a **** dealer. I couldn't find warranty papers in truck, the dealer i bought truck from **** ***** Auto was bought by Dogget new dealer wouldn't help me or even return my calls. So when I got home I got the inforation for fidelity called them and they denied me because I did not get prior approval. Even after I emailed them work order and proof of payment.

I am beyond frustrated with Fidelity. I have a 2020 *** **** with just over ****** miles on it. The car suddenly started making a noise and stalled at a stop sign. I was able to restart and get it to a service shop. They told me it was the engine, so I took it to *** of **********. After 3 visits from Fidelity and many hours of labor to break down the engine, Fidelity denied the claim. I had oil changes every ***** miles or less. It is ridiculous that they denied the claim. The ***** pin broke. Do not trust this company!!!
