We just had our transmission replaced on our 2019 Pacifica at 98,000 miles. The guy at the repair shop said that Fidelity insisted on replacing it with a new transmission, not a rebuilt one. He also said that other warranty companies he's worked with don't require that. He was impressed - and so were we!

I was so frantic this morning when my 2019 Ford Edge started stalling on the highway! When I contacted Maxcare by Fidelity I was immediately calmed by Edgar and he directed me on my coverage and how to start a claim. My 2015 Audi Q5 was sold used by an Audi dealer, at the time I bought the car with 29000 miles, it's 5 year factory warranty was almost up. When I purchased the car, I was sold a Fidelity warranty (5 year, 60000 miles from purchase date and mileage) Fast forward to 2 years later, the connecting rod bearing on my engine snapped, absolutely ruining my engine, however no engine light ever came on surprisingly.
