I purchased 10 year warranties for both of my cars. Fidelity has always been fair in paying claims. $100 deductible is the option I always select. Sometimes they make the manufacturer pay when its a known defect. They handle everything.I have so far purchased 4 extended warranties with fidelity. The peace of mind not worrying about the cars breaking down is well worth the money.

I was so frantic this morning when my 2019 Ford Edge started stalling on the highway! When I contacted Maxcare by Fidelity I was immediately calmed by Edgar and he directed me on my coverage and how to start a claim. Edgar broke everything down for me and give me a great starting point! I thank you so much because I had no clue what to do or where to begin ! THANK YOU EDGAR!

My 2015 Audi Q5 was sold used by an Audi dealer, at the time I bought the car with 29000 miles, it's 5 year factory warranty was almost up. When I purchased the car, I was sold a Fidelity warranty (5 year, 60000 miles from purchase date and mileage) Fast forward to 2 years later, the connecting rod bearing on my engine snapped, absolutely ruining my engine, however no engine light ever came on surprisingly.
