I applied for a home with Maymont homes and Findigs is who the application is done through. The process was horrible and it feels like they are there to decline renters and keep the upfront fees that are non refundable. I was told that my home would be $1399 a month, but when I went back in to finalize things I was told that they could no longer honor this and that it would be over $1750 now. I did a Rental app thew this company and I meet all the requirements my credit score is 677 and income is more than qualified. AI generated responses but claim it is a human helping with rental application. Was not helpful in no manner at all. Asked for help repeatedly only to be met with same cold robot response. Paid $110 and wasnt even able to submit proper documents because pdf format was required and they didnt accept any other forms.
Wasted about five hours of my day filling out a guarantor application in order to co-sign a lease for my nephew! This site has technical issues with their application process and is best performed on a smartphone rather than a laptop, They disqualified me with the screening process, and I now have to contact the actual leasing company to receive my credit check fee. What a bunch of garbage.

This company took 8s giving me the run around about my application fee, when the property was already rented out before they processed my application and fee. Yet they took my money and now are giving me the runaround about whom to get my refund from.
Scam. Paid $100 to get the required checks done for a rental application, before they ran ANY CHECKS AT ALL they emailed saying that the unit was already taken. So you didn't even perform ANY screening, but you are perfectly fine with taking my money? ******
This has been the worst experience on line Ive ever have. You couldnt talk to a live person and the bot said that I couldnt use my business account to be approved..Let me tell you if I could give you a Zero or even less I would. Findigs is the worse
