This company took 8s giving me the run around about my application fee, when the property was already rented out before they processed my application and fee. Yet they took my money and now are giving me the runaround about whom to get my refund from.
Scam. Paid $100 to get the required checks done for a rental application, before they ran ANY CHECKS AT ALL they emailed saying that the unit was already taken. So you didn't even perform ANY screening, but you are perfectly fine with taking my money? ******
This has been the worst experience on line Ive ever have. You couldnt talk to a live person and the bot said that I couldnt use my business account to be approved..Let me tell you if I could give you a Zero or even less I would. Findigs is the worse
Paid $200 for application fee and pet fees only to have the property company take the listing off the rental market. I believe this company works with shady property companies, takes your app fees, takes the listing down and youre left holding 0. Stay away from this company and ** ***** in *******, **. I think this is a real estate scam and illegal.
Terrible experience. Makes you pay application fee but wont take your security deposit if you have section 8 until inspections are done. Knowing they move slow someone has the chance to take your home. But guess what they keep your application fee for sure. Super trash and dumb if youll take my application fee take my security deposit too then
Completed the whole application, added all the docs and linked bank account, paid and received an approval. But later the property contacted me to tell me the unit I applied for was already taken. Now waiting to be refunded.
spent a lot of time going through their process, linked my bank accounts then when I clicked next, it went back to the last page. Had to link my accounts again only to be given an "error" at the end of process. clicked on "Need Support" only to find they do not track errors so they wanted me to do it again and screen shoot the error. Are my Bank numbers I submitted, lost in your system? Doing the same thing again?? I had no confidence in their security if they do not log or keep records of "Errors" in their system.Meanwhile ... read more
I applied for rental lease for a company that informed me it's in the processes of no longer using Findigs. Findigs and ******************* refuse to provide a refund. This is illegal.
