Just spent two days with them. They requested bank statements after we submitted our paystubs. We sent the bank statements. They requested a statement for February and the month hasn't even ended yet! There is no statement available for February. I feel like it's scam. The company is using Net income not Gross income and isn't stating that in the listing, if so I wouldn't have even applied and gave all my personal information or paid the application fee. I am so curious how many people have paid the application fee and is the apartment even for rent or are they just taking the application fee. So upset!

I applied for a home with Maymont homes and Findigs is who the application is done through. The process was horrible and it feels like they are there to decline renters and keep the upfront fees that are non refundable. I was told that my home would be $1399 a month, but when I went back in to finalize things I was told that they could no longer honor this and that it would be over $1750 now. ******** company that helps leasing agencies steal money. I have no other words. Would not recommend
AI generated responses but claim it is a human helping with rental application. Was not helpful in no manner at all. Asked for help repeatedly only to be met with same cold robot response. Paid $110 and wasnt even able to submit proper documents because pdf format was required and they didnt accept any other forms.
