This company is BOGUS!!! I should've listened to the reviews when I was reading them but I decided to give them a chance. I did everything they requested, gathered all the paperwork that they needed just for them to tell me that they approved my application but the property I applied for was now being rented by someone else. Please exercise caution and thoroughly consider your options before engaging with this company regarding property rentals. It has come to light that they may be conducting a deceitful operation by soliciting nonrefundable application fees of $75. Alarmingly, numerous reports suggest that applications are often rejected without any valid justification. To protect yourself and your finances, it is advised to seek alternative and more reputable property management services.
The system on how this works just takes way too long. Gaining access or even asking for access to our personal accounts is just unacceptable. Then needing pics of cars, ********. Application process way longer than any other inhave ever done.

Too stressful & cumbersome! I've filled out many rental ********************* was a property manager for years & would rate this the worst application process I've ever experienced! DO NOT DO IT!!! After applying for a rental with this company, I never got any response. I paid the required application fee and pretty much gave them my sensitive personal information as required. I make well over the amount asked and my credit is 800+ from all three credit rating companies. The website indicated "Reviewing" for over a week. Finally, it was denied. So what gives? Is this just a scam? Think about how many fraudulent properties they can list and how many times they can keep on denying applicants over and over... read more
I was recently invoiced for my application fee, and less than 24 hours later, the listing price for the property was increased. I'm unsure if this situation may be indicative of discriminatory practices, but I find it unethical and misleading. In my attempt to resolve the matter, I reached out to both Findigs and the property manager. However, both parties redirected me to contact the other for assistance.
If I could put zero stars I would. I am in the military and my husband works for *******************. We applied to a house from this company because we absolutely loved the home and the process seemed legit. My husband brought home over 3x the rent and we had the credit scores we needed. I also put my income on for just because and they made a huge deal about me being payed from the army and later on stop responding to me and declined my application because of income when income is obviously not the problem. If I could give one star, I would! I completed the app for an amazing home in *********, ** and paid the application fee. My husband and I have income of over $14,000 a month and my credit score is over 700. We were denied. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT APPLY FOR ANYTHING USING FINDIGS. They are complete scammers. You will only lose your money so the a made up reason of why you are denied. Save yourself time, stress, and money. When you see the name, Findigs, look somewhere else. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
