I personally feel like they are just taking people money. They told me I was approved and then turned around and said I wasnt approved. They even went as far as to send me an email telling me to complete and application that had already been completed as if I was someone else. I do not recommend using them.
Complete and total rip-off. The application is ridiculously long(four segments) and they want too much license with your personal info including background check. Selfie and picture of drivers license. My application was approved, my move in date ignored, got a text from the tenant who no longer wanted to add anyone to the lease. Your not accredited with the BBB because you are running a middle man scam.The prices you list ain't the prices you push back to the person trying to rent. It's well over a grand higher. You advertise one thing on your web page and after a $150 application fee you say congratulations you are approved and then you add another application fee of $300 and you **** up the monthly service fee by over double and then you add $800 to $900 dollars on top of a security deposit. Non refundable application fee. They got me for $150 and said they already had an accepted application
Company listed rental, encouraged us to apply. We paid $80 ($40ea) and within an hour they said there were other applications. They refused to refund our application fees, and became non responsive when we asked. Suddenly the chat stopped working. Now these people have our information and who knows what they plan on doing with it. Finding at home is difficult enough without this kind of bad actor.
If i could give 0 stars i would, hard to get on the phone,emailing takes forever,all the houses were rotten and in a ghetto i would never fool with these peoe again i dont know how they stay in business! Horrible company
I have amazing credit, over 800. I was emailed that I was charged at 11:37 am. I was emailed that it was rented at 2:33 PM. No attempt to contact me make sure I was still interested in the property. Give us money and we will take it and perhaps consider you. I know they couldn't have rejected me based on any interview they had with me. Because they didn't meet me in person. This company is BOGUS!!! I should've listened to the reviews when I was reading them but I decided to give them a chance. I did everything they requested, gathered all the paperwork that they needed just for them to tell me that they approved my application but the property I applied for was now being rented by someone else. Which was a LIE!! The property IS and WAS still listed at this time.
