This company is definitely a scam ! My boyfriend and I found this beautiful home in ** and when applying for the property, it sent id to a 3rd party link which was findigs. They were asking for very sensitive information like username and password for bank accounts and payroll login. All of that became fishy to me as Ive never had to do that for anything EVER for anything. So we went and read the reviews and they were all negative. I was charged for my application and less than 24 hours later they changed the listing to a higher price. Not sure if its a discrimination thing but thats ridiculously scammy. I called both findigs and the property manager and both told me to contact the other.
Highly Suspicious website. I was hoping to apply for a housing rental.... Before you even open an account or provide any personal information, note:They REQUIRE you to register with **************** (for what??...even if you have no pets??). If you sign a lease, you have to pay $125 in administrative Move-In fee They have a non-refundable application fee If accepted, you will have a $19.99 monthly fee for Resident Benefit Package When I tried to delete my account, there is no option to do so.Feels like a scam
Findigs fails to provide their applicants with a copy of their credit and background checks, which they are required by law to do. Seems like a poorly run company with plenty of legal issues.
Horribly invasive, bug-riddled rental application platform with utterly useless "support". If you value your privacy or security don't apply using this platform. If I hadn't been so desperate for housing in an area with a severe shortage problem applying through Findigs would've been a dealbreaker. I haven't been able to find basically any information on this company or for rental applicants. No FAQ, nothing. I asked Findigs support for information and they sent me a bad link.
