There was an issue with me owing a balance due to mixing up the return time. It didn’t charge correctly so I called in to the customer service rep and he helped resolve it. It was great to have someone who could problem solve and take care of the client.

I had left an item on the tailgate of my truck. And let the driver know and asked them to place it in the bed of my truck. After my trip, I looked in my truck bed and there it was, prescription sunglasses aren’t cheap so I’m thankful to Wayne for helping me. Will always choose Fine parking!

Everything was good: We waited too long at the airport for the shuttle. We almost didnt make it on the shuttle because the line was so long. Also, we were dropped off on the east side and told they wouldn't take us to the west. When we boarded the shuttle to return, the driver had people on the bus whom he had driven to the west side. That limited how many could board. We want to follow through. Either you don't drop off on both sides, or you do…
