I like the fact that I know the facilities and have used it for all my travels. The shuttle drivers have always been helpful and friendly. This includes the person helping folks get into the facility:)
Great and efficient service all the way around! Little time, if any, to wait for a shuttle to or from the airport. The drinks and snacks offered in the lounge at the parking facility is a fantastic addition. Been using FINE Parking for over 4yrs and love it.

It took a little longer than normal for me to get picked up. I parked in the suggested lane, but no one came down that lane for about 10 minutes. I eventually walked to the end of the lane & was picked up. Outside of that, it was great!
