Always a great experience with Fine
When we first arrived, everyone was so nice. We had to use a handicap bus for my grandma and Charles and another lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was soooo nice and helpful! When we got back from our trip dede picked us up and again nothing but a great experience especially because it was almost 10pm. My grandpa loved the service so much he will now be a customer along with us.

The service is very convenient. My only feedback is that we were directed to park in a row that was already full so the person at the gate and the sign were not up to date. Also, the shuttles that stop near the counter area were less frequent than I hoped so we ended up waiting a bit with about 10 others for the shuttle. The pickup at the terminal was great. A shuttle arrived shortly after we got to the pickup spot and Mario the driver was great.
