Hi, I took the red bus when I should have been on the yellow bus on Monday afternoon, 9/1/25x. The bus driver made sure that I made it to the correct location. I can’t remember his name, I came on the 12:00 pm flight from El Paso. Thanks

Transfer to and from the facility and/or from the airport is timely. No longer than a 10 minute wait. The vehicles are always well maintained and clean. drivers are friendly.

Great service! There were plenty of spaces in the garage, and the shuttle was there waiting to take us to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle was at the airport waiting to take us back to the garage. Everything was seamless, with no wait time.

I’m thinking y’all got a new driver or two. The wait has been a little bit better in recent weeks. I’ve parked here for 15 plus years and for a while the wait has been terrible. Drivers are lying and saying it’s a shift change, I know better. But it seems like it’s improving. I do feel safe here and that’s one reason I’ve stayed.
