Shuttle was on time, The driver earned his tip. The technology worked. I returned after my trip to find my tire was flat, but Fine gave the AAA driver no trouble and gave him access to the garage to fix it.

Everything was great. We used the valet service. Had the car ready, handled our luggage, had water for us, and gave us roses. Will use again.

Experience was fine but you could run more busses to keep up with the demand. Usually the bus to the airport is packed with people. In July I also had to wait at least 10-15 mins for a bus to arrive, both dropping off and picking up.
