Super easy figuring out where to go and park and get in and out of the garage and it was great. I only waited a couple minutes and the van was out there to pick me up to take me back to my vehicle when I got home. I thought it worked well

Your drivers are 100% spot on! They are helpful, courteous and efficient! Even with parkers who weren't reared correctly and don't even bother with a "thank you" let alone a tip after your amazing drivers lift their oversized, overweight bags on and off the shuttle! (Some people's children!) Your office staff is always helpful and share pertinent information expediently. All around a well employed and well managed staff!

There were many ofnus waiting and confused on which bus to catch and where to wait for pickup. Since you changed your name we were all looking for FINE only to find out we had the wrong bus. Then when I tried to pay at the gate to get out the "click blue" was not obvious to me as I was looking on the keypad and not touchscreen

We had a short wait before being picked up and the driver gave each woman a rose. What a lovely gesture as we returned home to Texas.

Fine airport parking was great. I had an issue with accidentally parking in the wrong lot and when I returned from my trip they were very forgiving and took care of the error. I so greatly appreciated it. We were late to the parking garage due to traffic lights being out along the feeder road and airport bldg itself, multiple lights. When we got to the garage the bar code let us in. I realized my mistake when I was handed a card with the garage number on it but it was too late to go back and move it.
