The concept was really good but most of the food was burnt. Of the twelve dishes made by the people at the table eight were burned.

First-timer, it’s just not for me. Maybe pre-COVID I would’ve enjoyed but it’s a messy experience mixing and match food that doesn’t go together. It wouldn’t been a lot easier if there were stations like: Italian, American, etc. Since the selections were all jumbled together I had a very strange combination at the end. I understand it’s a buffet style restaurant but I would skip this place for Benihana any day. My husband and I have been here many times, it’s one of our favorite restaurants for a date night or to bring friends/family when they come visit us from out of town! This was our first time back since the pandemic started and we were very pleased to see protocols in place to keep staff and guests safe. We were also very grateful that they seated us without our entire party and allowed us to order drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Hostess was somewhat rude or didn’t understand what I was asking her. We had a 2:00 pm reservation. Arrived around 1:57 pm for check in. She said they had a back up at the grill and we wouldn’t be seated for about 15 minutes. I was like O…K… in the meantime what are we to do, where are we to sit? She said something sarcastic. I asked again, where should we sit. She pointed to the patio and said yes you take a seat and relax. I had to take a walk as not to go off on her.
