Everything was fine except the hostess she is very rude and so aggressive the way she approach to costumers

We came to Fire + Ice for a birthday dinner and it was well worth it. We decided to try something new and this place was amazing. Our waiter was so nice and the server energetic. The cooks were kind and attentive to detail. We look forward to eating here again.
My Spouse and I decided to roll down the old memory lane of this establishment since 2008 its been a long time matter of fact this was the “The Great Recession” era, and upon our approach since then things have changed drastically.We enjoyed our meals we just weren’t informed properly as to what & how this system works so hopefully their server can up to the ante and commence informative algorithms, during these Pandemic protocols of what a customer/consumer may or may not do. Food and service was very good. Atmosphere was nice. The background music was a little loud sitting near the speakers, so a little harder to have conversations but still a good experience

The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the service was phenomenal and above our expectations. It was clean and quiet. We were even seated before or reservation time. 100% will go again and recommend to everyone.
