Brunch with grandkids. It’s their favorite place.
it’s been about 6 years since i’ve last been to fire and ice. there was about 16 of us and our server Alfonso was great although he did seem irritated (since we got there) food was good but don’t forget to add flavor! also they didn’t really have condiments, primarily bbq sauce. they only had a watery type bbq sauce for seasoning. a downfall that we had was that they scanned our parking ticket for validation but it didn’t work and no one felt like walking all the way back (we parked at the opposite end). therefore everyone h... read more

Fire and Ice in Anaheim CA. is an Awesome restaurant but I go there for the Cooking Ambiance inside which unfortunately these COVID-19 Restrictions have taken a lot of the Fun out of the Themed restaurant atmosphere and experience! I will still go there to eat weekly to help this restaurant survive this COVID-19 B.S. Virus Hysteria and rediculous Government Restrictions!!
It was a very good twist on Mongolian Barbecue.
The staff was friendly and professional as always and the food was great.
The first thing we ordered was our drinks, which didn’t come until we were almost done eating. This includes water. Our server said several times that they were on the way out. At one point he even said the bartender was right behind him with our drinks. By right behind him, he must have meant 5 min later. Our first was also cold, which is interesting since we did the Mongolian style, so it must have sat for a while. We did order the calamari as an appetizer and it was good.
Every thing was great service food tables atmosphere. we have been there before and i was worried about the buffet but you handled it very well. Looking forward to going again.
