The first thing we ordered was our drinks, which didn’t come until we were almost done eating. This includes water. Our server said several times that they were on the way out. At one point he even said the bartender was right behind him with our drinks. By right behind him, he must have meant 5 min later. Our first was also cold, which is interesting since we did the Mongolian style, so it must have sat for a while. We did order the calamari as an appetizer and it was good.

Every thing was great service food tables atmosphere. we have been there before and i was worried about the buffet but you handled it very well. Looking forward to going again.

The food was amazing. It was still a great experience even though we didn't get to watch them cook the food on the grill. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff.

All you can eat lunch special before 2 during the week. Such a great deal and delicious food! Will definitely come back. Parking free 1 hr validation. 4th level is closest to restaurant.

For people who come to Fire & Grill for the first time, it is very overwhelming and confusing, ESPECIALLY when you are waiting for your food to be cooked. The cooks did not explain which side was which (pancakes/omelets vs cooking meats/noodles) until we had to ask why wasn't our food being cooked. Signs and a rope to form a line by the grill would be useful to avoid this issue. Many people cut in front of our group and we had no idea or were explained how it worked by our server.
