So this was a fun place. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, seemed short-staffed our night as the waitress was also bartender. We had a big group but still took a decent time to get our drinks ordered and the correct ones brought. I’d eat there again but not with a larger group of people maybe just a small family
We arrived about 20 min late. Our table was given away. The service was amazing. They still seated us right away.
Everything was excellent! The service was on point the food was fresh and amazing my food was so delicious I wanna go back soon !!!!

I had been to Fire and Ice years ago and loved it then. I wasn't sure if it would be as good as I remembered, and it totally was! We went for our team Christmas lunch and everyone loved it. The food was delicious with plenty of options for everyone's tastes. We even got dessert (3 options off the menu back) - and yes we got all 3 and shared them! They were all very good. Delicious food, fabulous atmosphere, great service for a reasonable price. Can't beat it.
We had a party of 17. Server was good with drinks. Line was long for food then took time to cook. Cooks were fun and energetic so made wait a lil less of a drag. They only allow 1 small bowl so of course you wait in line...AGAIN. Seemed messy and hundreds of dirty hands using tongs and spoons and mixing up the ingredients. Kinda gross. Not a fan of working when I'm out to be served. But I guess overall experience was ok. Probably won't return.
The food and service was amazing. Very simple to make a reservation for a large group, and then change it later. Simple way to give everyone what they wanted and get a full belly. Excellent food and experience!
Good food and the cooks were awesome. The price could not be beat for the amount of food we ate.
