Love love love Fire and Ice! I was bummed that Saturday went to brunch style without notifying anyone. Saturday is the main day that my husband and I go and it was so great for $9.95, was really surprised to come in and have to pay $13.95 and the salad bar was different. Green salads much better than pasta salads. Breakfast food was okay, but not why I go eat here.

The wait staff wasn't very friendly. We got there rigth as lunch was finishing up and our reservations were for dinner. Well when we asked for the shrimp & scallops which were part of the dinner menu we were told that we arrived at lunch and not privy to the seafood. I had to let them know that we were there for dinner and had no problem paying the dinner price. Their attitude changed after that but they still were not friendly. The cooks were nice and the food was fabulous but they need better people working there.
The cooks were very entertaining but for the money I was paying for a dinner, it was not reasonable.
The service and food were both good as we dined outside. The staff was attentive and accomodating to our small group even with several larger groups around us.
The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It's very inviting and the waitresses are very friendly. The service is also superb. The waitress was very polite and prompt with all of the orders and constantly came to check up on us. The food was good. It wasn't amazing since I came there for lunch. I actually had no previous knowledge of how the lunch menu was changed from the dinner menu. The dinner menu is much more expensive, but the food is absolutely incredible compared to the lunch menu. Love the concept of an "Americanized" Mongolian bbq, but the food just seemed to be lying there. no labels on the meat and seafood. just hunks of stuff anonymously soaking in pallid liquid in bowls. overall, good taste and good service.
Great option if you're going out with others who have different tastes in food than you do. There's pretty much everything here that would suit just about any palette. Vegetarian friendly. I would like to see a few more interesting sauces on offer.
Fire and Ice Grill is a fun, Mongolian style restaurant. The food is good and fresh. None of the standard freeze dried, rolled up meat that you'd find in regular Mongolian bbq's. Very good selection of meat and produce. The only thing that we have found lacking has been the service. We have been a couple of times now, and the wait staff has been fairly slow each time. The guys working the grill have been fantastic. Very energetic and engaging.
