Great selection of food and sauces. You choose the meat, vegies, and sauces and they cook it up in front of you. Every one can have what they want.
concept was cool, food was just okay. same opinion of a friend who went there after me too. staff doesnt have a clue about their "specials". i called and asked about lunch and dinner times on sunday- they said 3pm switches over- but it didnt. left at 4:10 and still never saw any of the "salmon, shrimp", etc.... tried to do the "restaurant week" offer, but the girl didnt know anything about it. certainly wouldnt honor the 'two adult drink" part of the offering or the dessert.hamburger meat had some bone in it. but great sauce... read more
Went for Sunday Brunch, which had huge selection of breakfast and lunch buffet items. Large selection of food items + low price = mediocre meal, but the staff and service were very good-excellent. The staff all took time to show and explain the menu/food prep procedures and cooking methods. Very fast at refilling water/drinks and offering additional free items, such as rice and flour tortillas. Would definitely take a crowd of hungry college kids there again!
I took my date here for his birthday. I wanted something different and fun. It was definitely different, the wok chef's were fun and very welcoming and entertaining while we waited for our food to be cooked. The manager on duty was also very helpful as well, the host stopped by our table to check on us. Our server on the otherhand was lacking charisma and enthusiasm. I would go back and enjoy the dining experience again. I just hope to find a server that has more love for their job.
We've been to Fire + Ice before but they offered a special Valentines Day deal where you get two dinners, a bottle of wine (or shared libation) and desert for $50. Naturally that was a GREAT find for us since 1) we love the restaurant (food and amiance) 2) it didn't cost us an arm an a leg and 3) service was great since we mostly serve ourselves. This restaurant never fails to amaze me when I attend for any occasion. Valentine's Day 2011 was extra special because of the dinner and service that were provided to me and my boyfriend at this restaurant. Kim was an outstanding server and greeted us immediately when we sat down. The food was great as always and it is exciting to see what combinations you can come up with next! Here you truly can play with your food to get what you want!
Nice atmosphere. Good music. Wish the food was better. Best thing on the menu was the burger.
I had a good time. The server was nice but I could tell she was very flustered and stressed out. We had a huge party of people though so its understandable.She was a good server tho, She apologized at the end of the night.
great place to try had a great night good fresh food, when you make ur own food you cant complain they have a good varierty to choice from and the cooks are entertaining
