I loved my experience at fire & Ice the food, my waiter was awesome I definitely recommend this restaurant to any one looking for good food, good music nice cosy atmosphere...my wife loved it I took her there for her birthday...Thank you for making her experience wonderful🙏
Eventhough our waiter wasn't very good, he was super nice and polite. Place was not busy and asking for a table more suited for our group was like asking Congress for a new law, but eventually were accommodated. Zero acknowledgment for the birthday we were celebrating. So why the high star rating you ask, because the food was good and it's a fun experience. If our waiter wasn't nice I would have rated this 2 stars. Staff really was the bottom of the barrel

Decent. When booking my reservation, I requested that we have a booth instead of a table in the middle. We get there, and we are sat in a crowded middle table - ridiculous. We asked the server and she said “we try to accommodate” like wtf. Food was good - wish there were more food options but for the size, it’s decent. Would recommend
Food was very slow as they struggled to get omelets cooked and burnt the ingredients before putting egg onto grill. Pancake was delicious but cook was struggling with crepes. Restaraunt needs updating as the both we were in was ripped and repaired with duct tape that stuck to my leg when getting up. Overall it appeared dirty and there was grease on ceilings near grill that hadn’t been cleaned in some time. This is probably the 6th time I’ve been here and we have enjoyed it in the past, but won’t be in a hurry to go back.
actually a very good place to pick your own items, and watch them being cooked. Price is very reasonable for what you receive. You move along several areas of different veggies, meats, and condiments. build your own meal, and watch it being cooked. a very nice and different experience from just sitting, and ordering off a menu, but make sure you take your larger bowl for the veggies, and smaller bowl for your meats!
Tourist trap that happens to have ok food and great service. Our waitress was great, coming by to check often. It was so hot in there everyone was complaining about it. Food was ok. Lots of options but it all tastes the same as it’s on the grill way to long. The restaurant is not very clean and the bathrooms were marginally clean. Kids liked the experience. We probably will not be back though. For the price it’s not wonderful.
It’s a great option for selecting exactly what you want to eat. Many options of meat, vegetables and grains. The service was excellent. Our only complaint was it was a little loud and the ambiance could be nicer. We would recommend this restaurant.
