My first time here with my best friend and they exceeded expectations. Upfront about making sure we didnt have food allergies and showing us how it works. Needless to say we were lost lol. Will be going again the noise level is expected its social if you want a quiet experience go to a 5 star upscale restaurant. The more noise the more fun the better the experience.
Love this place! We can't visit Boston without stopping here for dinner! They are allergen friendly and cooked my meal separately in back!
Food was decent. I went for a business meal but it’s probably a better setting for dining with family/friends - interesting concept of choosing your food and sauces. Explanation from the waitress could be better on how this system works but if you follow your fellow diners, you can quickly learn by watching what they do. Overall a good place, but I won’t recommend it for business lunch.

Great variety of fresh vegetables, seafoods, chicken and meats prepared before your eyes. Saturday night are especially noisy and crowded. Recommend a reservation any night.
Excellent food! It was a bit noisy, but to be expected when you have an open room full of people. My one and only comment was that it was ridiculously hot up there. The restaurant is actually upstairs from where you enter the building, plus the open grill is in the middle of the room. As the warmer weather rolls in, I would find it difficult to sit there and eat when it’s that warm upstairs. Will be back, but probably in the cooler months of the year!
I celebrated my birthday dinner with a party of 13. Loved the ambiance, the food was fabulous and all my friends enjoyed it. Being a vegetarian I always get fewer options in restaurants but I could enjoy all the vegetarian combinations at Fire + Ice. The student discount on Monday's makes it my go-to place for enjoying a good and wholesome meal. Absolutely loved the place, the service was good and commendable and I definitely recommend it.
