A very friendly group of staff especially the bar staff. Really great cocktails were served.
Reservations don’t mean ANYTHING, I made a reservation a week in advance for a specific time 8:30pm & because I was only a table of 2 I had to wait until 9:15pm which was pretty much after they seated all the larger groups regardless of who made what reservation, long story short, go with a lot of people, they don’t care about just you and your plus one...
Lots of choices for food, good for picky eaters. Watch the cooks cook your food, really noisy environment. But overall, very good. Make sure to make reservations prior to going. Would recommend!
Food and service was exceptional. Wish I saved more room to eat...i wouldve had more than 2 plates!
It’s a fun experience if you’ve never been but the food is just okay. I believe dinner has more options. It just wasn’t as good as I remember it being but perhaps my tastes have changed over the years.
I think you Guys should try a different policy when sitting people ended up waiting until 10 when my reservation was at 9 for 2 guest to come. They were coming late The rest of my party should have still been seated. But the two ladies hosting were very polite so that made me stay.
Great dining idea! We went on a Sunday and got to enjoy both lunch/dinner menus along with brunch menus too. It's a fun atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Reservation availability was good and the price was awesome. However, it was very hot in the restaurant (obviously from such a large grill in the middle of the room) and it gets crowded quickly. At one point, we waited at the grill for about 20 minutes to get our food cooked. Nonetheless, it was fun and I'll go there again.
It’s definitely a good first date or special event like a birthday because it’s a cool experience. The boyfriend and I went for date night and certainly ate too much (which is the point of an all you can eat). The teriyaki sauces were a bit too salty, so go light on those. The Alfredo was watery and gross and ruined my second plate; chicken quality was okay but I was missing the scallops. Beef and shrimp were tasty, was extremely loud and stuffy.
I been there earlier and loved it but this time the noise level was next level!! I do not blame the place but the people who do not understand its not their house!! We had to tell the waitress to change our table still it was crazy!! I have noticed other people like us were affected by the noise as well. Fire+ ice we love u but please do something with the noise.. some people really just want to enjoy food and drinks rather paying so much for a headache
