This place is an interesting concept and the food is generally good though I am a little worried about raw meats being left out for everyone to touch. Also when getting a burger it is difficult to have it made on the medium side as the chefs are running around this large grill.
Our waiter was awesome!! We went here for my daughters 21st birthday, food was great, fresh and a variety of foods.
Love this place I do wish they had more meat and veggie options like providence but they are great The Cooks were on point I get worried bc I like my food crispy in a way ...... the service is typically good. Anyone who pays attention to my child first is a winner and right there tells me they will be a great server which means good tips for them. I love the experience and I love the options

We had our company Holiday Party here and was very impressed. Everyone was so helpful, upbeat and professional. I was thrilled. We are coming back again next year!

Overall we had a nice time here on Saturday. It was very busy so we understand the wait time and crowded serving area. I was disappointed that we had to wait a very long time at the end of the meal for our server to bring us the ice cream that we had to pay for- and then there was no toppings so also had to wait for those to be refilled. We also waited a long time for drinks.
I used to visit a different location of this chain years ago, and that location closed. I was pleased to discover that there was a different location in Boston that offered brunch! Food was just okay and there was a fairly limited selection. Grill was somewhat disorganized - omelets were cooked in one section, pancakes in another, and stir fry in another.
