Great location. Had an amazing time. Well worth it.
Super fun, lots of great ingredients, lots of great sauces. Very loud, and it's hard to socialize, because half your party is off getting food at any given time will the other half is eating. Go for the food, not as a social experience.
Love it! Super fun and delicious! We always go when we go into the city.
Been there many times and I have never had a bad or even a semi bad experience. I will always come back to this location.
My only comment is that we were sat at a table against the middle pole that was very small. I felt like my stuff was in other people’s space and that getting up to get more food was a hassle. This of course is minor and the food was amazing!
Fire and Ice is always a good time. We have been going for many years now, recently have seen a lot of new staff which can/cannot be a good thing. I'd say they have packed way too many tables in the restaurant and it is hard to maneuver throughout. Love the fact you pay for only the food you decide you want and not what comes standard on plate
Always consistent food. Fun atmosphere, great food.
Overall it was okay. The food was good and drinks were good but the service was poor. We were seated and waited 15 minutes to order a drink, ended up giving up and went to get food. Once we got food and sat down still no server. We had to go ask if we could get some drinks to the group of servers all chatting with one another. Don’t expect much customer service here if you are dining upstairs
