Good to get back to fire and ice what an experience for food to see cooked in front of you cheap good priced meal and working the many trips back up for more food, incredible!
Concert event
Everything was great but it took them a very long time to seats. The reservation was for 830 we didn’t get seated until 900ish. They need to approve on that. The manager did apologize and took care of the birthday boy.
It was a wonderful experience, but the food wasn’t anything to die for. I had steak and potatoes with garlic honey sauce which was fantastic bit the steak and potatoes were just ok. I’d definitely still recommend the experience though and everyone is a nice!
Loved the atmosphere, our server was awsome forgot his name. I remember he is a young server from Columbia! He knew it was our first time there and he explained everything step by step and thourow. Gracias server! Hope we get him again.
It was very good, a staff member offered to take a group pic for us which was great. The food was very good, we love watching them cook the food! Our waiter was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Thanks we will return with our kids to enjoy the experience as well!
Super fun!
A mostly enjoyable Sunday brunch at Fire and Ice. We've been many times over the years. For some reason on this day they had way too many employees for the number of customers. There were 2 people standing around for every 1 table. My table and the table next to us both waited at least 20 minutes after finishing food to be offered our checks.
