I had never been to fire and ice. My daughter brought me. It is amazing. We loved it. Had an amazing time. Food was great servicer were EXTREMELY helpful and prices was dynamite. A party of three dinner & drinkss (with drinks and shots) I thought the bill was going to be way over 150. And it was way under actually it was under 130. I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK AGAIN.
Loved the whole concept of preparing your food yourself before getting it cooked. Loved how entertaining it was to see the chefs cook the food on the grill right before my eyes!
The lunch menu is a better value. Fun atmosphere. If it is busy you need to have a reservation and a lot of time.
It was an interesting experience. The food was excellent and the way that you pick everything and they grill it in front of you is awesome. I recommend for kids and dates.
I have never had a bad experience at Fire & Ice Boston. It is always enjoyable to watch the cooks working on the grill they just keep on going and going. While taking time to keep thing clean and efficient around the grill area. There's always to seem to be a relative good amount of food selection and seemed to be replenished appropriate for the amount of dinners at a given time.
This place is an interesting concept and the food is generally good though I am a little worried about raw meats being left out for everyone to touch. Also when getting a burger it is difficult to have it made on the medium side as the chefs are running around this large grill.
Our waiter was awesome!! We went here for my daughters 21st birthday, food was great, fresh and a variety of foods.
Love this place I do wish they had more meat and veggie options like providence but they are great The Cooks were on point I get worried bc I like my food crispy in a way ...... the service is typically good. Anyone who pays attention to my child first is a winner and right there tells me they will be a great server which means good tips for them. I love the experience and I love the options
Went for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone in the group had a great time and there were many options for a variety of appetites .
