Food is fresh and delicious. Abundant choices. Cooking on grill top is excellent.
I love Fire and Ice! It's great every time we go. Between the different ages in our group (21-55), the vegan, and the no-beef-or-pork eater, it's difficult to find a restaurant where everyone in our party would be happy. Fire and Ice was perfect, though. It's always fresh, yummy, and fun!
Love the ambiance and the variety of food. It always an amazing experinace.
Most of the experience was great! Food as always was awesome and so was the service. The only downfall was the seating area of the restaurant was very warm. I understand the grill in the center of the establishment gives off a tremendous amount of heat but there were certain areas of the restaurant that were very cool, just not in the seating area. Made for a bit of an unpleasant experience.

We had a great experience at Fire and Ice. The atmosphere is hip and classy but casual and welcoming at the same time. Staff are very attentive and really seem to enjoy what they do. Lots of food options to build your own dish and all you can eat. The shrimp, in particular, was fresh and delicious. This is a unique and fun dinner option. We will definitely be back!

Lots of variety of options and a fairly good value for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the place was so hot & humid that it was hard to be comfortable. I felt as though everyone was sweating. It was very crowded, but the cooks do a pretty good job of keeping things organized at the grill area. Food isn't the highest quality, but if you want to splurge on lots of food, this is a good option. Just be careful going in the summer as it's very hot & humid up on the 2nd floor.
All was great- accept the temperature of the room- way too hot and it was cool outside finally. Need to improve AC system
