The service was the best I have ever had at any restaurant. The chefs were hilarious and friendly!!
The atmosphere is always extremely enjoyable at Fire + Ice. They have endless food and drink options to choose from and by creating your own plate, you have the choice to customize your meal whichever way you want it!
My FAVORITE restaurant! So much fun, so interactive! And all of their servers and hosts are so friendly and welcoming, it makes it so easy to want to come back all the time!!!
I took my daughter and three of her friends for her birthday. Our waiter was fantastic! He took us to the food selection area and explained the whole process to us. When we were ready to have our food cooked there was another staff member assisting us where to go. While we waited for our food to be cooked, one of the chefs announced it was my daughter's birthday and the whole place sang to her (she loved every minute of it)! A lot of fun! Great selection of food choices
We cannot say enough about this restaurant which is our favorite and has been for over 10 years. My husband and I this year celebrated my 50th Birthday here and our 19th Wedding Anniversary and we are NEVER disappointed! Between the friendly staff, great food and wonderful music we love this place. We found a great parking spot at a meter too for free so that was a Blessing. My girlfriend and I were there for a date night. She had never been but I have and we both had a great time and plan to bring our son too.
Was not happy with the initial seating arrangement. We had a reservation. The seating was torn. There were other seats that they could not be assigned to us. The seating that was given to us was less than optimal. The waiter was great; front desk folks could have been better.
