Not my first and I find any excuse to go eat. This time my 3 grands born in November, celebrating my bday. Wonderful
They don't know how to manage....reservations are clearly an after thought. They shouldn't take them because they don't build the schedule around them and the manager spends all his time apologizing for the extra wait. We purposely arrived an hour before our reservation so they were aware we are in the building. Thankfully i was in good company because w were seated for a9pm reservation at 9:42pm. We had our daughter's 16th birthday party there. The event manager and wait staff were phenomenal. The food was great. We would definitely go back there.

The atmosphere is always extremely enjoyable at Fire + Ice. They have endless food and drink options to choose from and by creating your own plate, you have the choice to customize your meal whichever way you want it!
My FAVORITE restaurant! So much fun, so interactive! And all of their servers and hosts are so friendly and welcoming, it makes it so easy to want to come back all the time!!!
I took my daughter and three of her friends for her birthday. Our waiter was fantastic! He took us to the food selection area and explained the whole process to us. When we were ready to have our food cooked there was another staff member assisting us where to go. While we waited for our food to be cooked, one of the chefs announced it was my daughter's birthday and the whole place sang to her (she loved every minute of it)!
