Celebrated our daughter's 16 birthday with some of her friends. A couple of the kids are vegetarian. Staff was very accommodating. The grill folks and the wait staff sang "Happy Birthday" A very enjoyable outing.
Good vibe in the room. Great to choose what you want and watching make food. Good spot for out of town guests.
Overall, the place was amazing but when I went, you were out of certain desserts and toppings. Also my waiter really only focused on 1/2 of the table not the full table as a whole.
Great place to eat and enjoy the fun way your food is being cooked. Not the first visit, certainly not the last!
I went here with my best friends to celebrate for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience. The food was great and we had the greatest waiter Anderson. Anderson was funny and kind and provided the absolute best customer service!

The 4 of us were visiting Boston from the UK for our daughters 30th birthday treat, we were looking for somewhere near the Boston Park Plaza Hotel to have dinner. I found Fire and Ice through Google Maps and the whole experience was very different but great fun.

We had a good time. We were seated by the grill, which was a bit warm and crowded. But it was 6pm on a Saturday so the crowd and noise was expected. Everything else was good. Service was friendly prompt and accurate. Food was cooked well and tasty. The chefs were nice. The music fun. And I thought it was reasonably priced. We'll return.
