Amazing experience, staff was great from beginning to end. Our waiter King was so kind and explained everything , as it was our first time ever at Fire and Ice . We also celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with 3 friend and we had a blast. The price was reasonable !!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!
Our issue was we had reservations and waited to be seated for almost 40 mins. That was way to long even tho we had reservations.
Love the choices and ability to create the perfect meal!
Would've been way better if we weren't sat a half hour after our reservation time and basically had to make the same way as people who didn't have the reservation even though we showed up early...so what's the point? Cool concept but sucks having to wait to get on the grill and can't control how your meat is cooked (all steak was well done)

I try to make it to Fire & Ice a few times a month - wish I could be more local, but I am always willing to make the 40 minute drive to get there. This place is nothing short of awesome - food to meet everyone's wants, friendly staff, customer engagement, and no rush to get you out the door. I LOVE it here and can't say enough about this place. Make a reservation regardless of the day just to be on the safe side - popular for friend get togethers, birthdays, etc.
A group of 12 (4 kids) went for lunch to celebrate a birthday! The kids were free for school vacation week and the adults were $10.99 a person! We all went up to the food bar 3 times or more and had our food cooked right in front of us on a huge grill! Great experience, delicious food- good quality and fresh- so entertaining and lunch is totally affordable! We all left full and happy! Parking is challenging but everywhere in Boston is:) great option!

The food was absolutely wonderful!! It was nice and cozy. The service was outstanding!! The people were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was fabulous and I would definitely recommend that for a restaurant to go to!!
