Good time kids love being able to make their own meals. Able to choose what ever you want on your plate great variety. Kids love the all you can eat aspect too. The cooks have great showmanship and very friendly. Good time for the whole family.

I thought that it was a great scenery. My sister and Friend had a very good time. The only thing our menus was taken when we went to the restroom. We suspected the waiter beside our table. But we didn't let that spoil our evening. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
Amazing experience, staff was great from beginning to end. Our waiter King was so kind and explained everything , as it was our first time ever at Fire and Ice . We also celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with 3 friend and we had a blast. The price was reasonable !!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!
Our issue was we had reservations and waited to be seated for almost 40 mins. That was way to long even tho we had reservations.
Love the choices and ability to create the perfect meal!
Would've been way better if we weren't sat a half hour after our reservation time and basically had to make the same way as people who didn't have the reservation even though we showed up early...so what's the point? Cool concept but sucks having to wait to get on the grill and can't control how your meat is cooked (all steak was well done)

I try to make it to Fire & Ice a few times a month - wish I could be more local, but I am always willing to make the 40 minute drive to get there. This place is nothing short of awesome - food to meet everyone's wants, friendly staff, customer engagement, and no rush to get you out the door. I LOVE it here and can't say enough about this place. Make a reservation regardless of the day just to be on the safe side - popular for friend get togethers, birthdays, etc.
