Fun way to dine out. Great place to celebrate birthdays

I had forgotten how noisy it gets and how long you have to wait to get your food cooked. My food was delicious. The price is great. I would recommend going on an off time. It was nice to catch up with friends but we weren't even sitting down at the same time for the most part. I get the concept, and it has been around forever, but there has to be a better way to direct traffic patterns!

Good food and entertaining, but that's about it. Even if you have a "reservation" expect to wait up to 45+ mins for a table for two, and have parties without reservations seated before you. Don't expect to get refills on drinks, napkins, or any attention by waiters, as they're all too busy standing in the corner drinking/eating and chatting. Everyone is friendly, however it doesn't make up for the extreme disorganization and lack of service.

All the food tasted the same and the service was slow.

I have eaten at Fire and Ice often and decided to try their Valentine's special. The Italian special was to include bread sticks with marinara, sodas for two people, and two canolis for desert, while the meal itself was the usual get your food and bring it to the grill. The place was super crowded. Valentine's day must have filled it. We were disappointed with the rearranging of the tables. Not romantic at all. Super close tables for two. Hard to manouver around. And this also increased the noise level so having conversation... read more

This restaurant was a first for us (there were 5 in our party) and it was fantastic! We had a blast. We got there early and sat in the bar area and started with drinks until a table was ready for us upstairs in the main restaurant area. The restaurant consists of several buffets of food (all uncooked) ranging from chicken to salmon, spinach to rice and pasta, and a large variety of vegetables. You can also get a beef or turkey burger! (all toppings are there) There is also a salad bar if you want that! Almost anything you ca... read more

The food was great. Being able to create your plate on top of it being all you can eat makes it a great value.
