This was actually our second visit in the past month, and enjoyed both times. We came back to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and one of the cooks does a great job of singing, and walking the birthday person around the cooking wheel, great embarrassment (but got a pair of sunglasses that say Fire & Ice on them)! The food is good, you create your own dinner, the price isn't bad, and our youngest under 12 was free that day, so a nice surprise!
The restaurant was awesome both in food and service they were very friendly and always made sure we didn't have empty cups etc. Also the food was really good and I loved how organized everything was although they can put out some more seafood qualities.. but I loved it and surely will go there again..

I've been to other Fire & Ice locations however this one is my favorite. The people dining are always vibrant. The servers are very down to earth. They treat you as if it is more of a friend to friend relationship rather than a server guest relationship. The servers and hosts help each other out when needed. I honestly have never seen that before. Overall it is a place I love to eat at and a place I would probably like to work at.

Went here on spur of the moment. 4 kids 2 adults and everyone had a great time and had what they wanted for dinner. We will definitely be back!
Theme of restaurant is great for groups, not so much for casual or intimate dining experience. Very loud & energetic, which isn't always pleasant.
This was our first time at Fire & Ice and loved it! It was a great family experience. Food and service were wonderful. We will definitely go back when in the area and have already recommended.
We arrived early for our reservation and were able to be seated early. We had a great private table which was perfect since we were meeting another family that we had not seen in a few months. This gave us a chance to actually talk and visit. The server explained the process very clearly and was helpful in offering suggestions. It is a fun place to eat that allows for a lot of choice and a chance to see your food prepared for you. All in all, it made our reunion / holiday gathering a wonderful experience.
