Fire & Ice was a great choice for kid's birthday celebration. There is something for everyone and even the pickets eater can create their own masterpiece. The staff went out of their way to treat the birthday guest like the most important guest. I would recommend for a fun group celebration..
Food was fresh and delicious, staff was friendly and attentive. Fantastic staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
I had never been it was awesome, couldn't ask for friendlier staff, food was great and so were the drinks
Had great service and amazing food. It was a little too niosy which made it hard to have a direct conversation. But besides that it's a greatt restaurant.
Everything was good about my experience except for the wait to be seated. We had a reservation and were not sat for an hour after that time. I also watched as another party who had no reservation was seated before us so I became clear they don't use their reservations well.
I took my nieces & nephews here. We were a big group and kids ranged in age from 20-12. They love all you can eat, making your own creations, etc. The brunch or lunch deal is really good too. They also have an option for every dietary concern which is good. Personally, I cook all the time and don't want to have to think of a meal to make for myself . I really go here for the kids which makes it fun.
It was great. I had lots of fun & I plan to go again soon.
We took our friends 16 year old daughter and her friends to celebrate a birthday. Staff was great, brought her behind the grill to help, sang Happy Birthday with the whole restaurant, gave her sunglasses. All the kids were thrilled and excited! Music was pumping great tunes although a little too loud at our table as we were right underneath a speaker. A great time was had by all!!
I had a large party, and a majority of them were late. the hosts were very patient. our server was also excellent! my only complaint is that the music is extremely loud. I had to yell in order for my friend sitting next to me to hear.
