Great food, great place, great price!
Usually come here with friends.
We had a reservation and the greeter was exceptional at seating us with < 2 min wait time. Our server was polite and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious! The chefs were entertaining and celebrated birthdays and bachelorette parties while we waited for our food.
For bringing our volleyball team there was a fantastic experience as all the players just loved everything about Fire & Ice......Keep it up as this was my second time bringing oour Volleyball team there in the past 5 years........
Not sure how it happens but all I do ks pick things I like (with no regard to if the flavors will work together) and it ends up being great! It's fun to watch the food being cooked but gets super hot waiting for the food if its busy. Also it's really really noisy in there, but that's to be expected. The only complaint was the hostesses didn't seem happy or act particularly nice. But the server was great (Antono I believe)
Fire and Ice is a great place to go if you're in a group. The servers and the cooks are extremely nice and make the experience fun and easy.
I had the perfect experience here on 8/29/13 for my girls birthday dinner. I don't recall our waiters name but he brought our drinks to us while we were around the chefs waiting on our food, he had the place sing my girl happy birthday, and he brought he ice cream with a candle. He even brought her crushed ice for her warm drink. Best service I ever had and I told him too. I told him I never tip but he deserved it LOL good stuff Fire&Ice don't fire ever fire my boy!!!
Had a blast! This restaurant is fun and very lively! First time at Fire + Ice and will be back. The cooks are entertaining!
We made a reservation for a group of 4. We landed there a few minutes early and were promply seated. Our whole experience there was fantastic. The only one thing that you might want to look into is the volume of your music. We had a hard time hearing the instructions from our waitress and conversing with each other at the table. We will definetely be back when we visit Boston again and will also recommand it to others.
