First time was amazing. The waitstaff was super nice and helpful in explaining how it worked. The chefs where so entergetic and so much fun! Had a great time and will defiantly go again!

My family (husband and 14 year daughter) and I took my son for hi's 18th birthday with a couple of hi's friends..and they had a blast.. I recommend the restaurant to everyone.
Dined with 2 kids (4 and 6). They enjoyed "making" thier dinner and watching the show. Ice creme bar for dessert was a big hit. Food was good...nothing outstanding about meat quality, but definately good...great variety of items to build your meal with..something for everyone. Loud atmosphere, but it is ideal for kids as you don't need to worry about them being too loud! Alot going on with the music, people getting up to get meals, cheering from b-day parties/bachelorette groups.

Good food...ok service. Many times asking for the same thing before we would get them. Trying to get some extra napkins or a water for my girlfriend to go along with her drink. This was ordered with our drinks and we didn't get them until an hour into the visit. Fun cooks and friendly management!
Had a great time with a party of 8. The server was very nice and accomodating. The cooks were entertaining and it was a unique experience. Being mainly known for their buffet style of eating your options are unlimited with your own creations. It's exciting, and you're food is obviously never cold since you watch it cook. I suggest everyone experience it at least once.
With the exception of the "waiting for food to be cooked " line was a little unorganized,all other aspects of service were great.In the defense of the unorganized line I believe it is due to a large number of 1st timers not knowing what's what.Eric our waiter was great,explained how things worked and when we had a question or looked puzzled He re-explained without exasperation. Great Ice breaker for a Fire like group of friends. Service was on time, friendly, feeling comfortable. The trip to the food exhibition is a great experience, imagining what will taste like- the combination you're making on your bowl before heading to the huge cooking destination. Sharing with your friends this unique eating experience is what makes this place my number one destination. Traveling in public transportation to get here was part of our fun day!!!
