Great for special occasions and groups. Should make a reservation if you have any doubt on the wait.. could be a long time. But great food, fun environment, good music, and great atmoshpere. Not too expensive, especially for the Boston area. Definately worth going to!
Our server Kiao was very attentive, knowledgable and a pleasure!
Great for special occasions. Fun, unique restaurant. Very popular, so it can get busy and it is loud. Staff were attentive and personable. They were very accommodating for our big group.
Food was amazing. Well worth the money if you bring an appetite! Plan on bringing my Portuguese family sometime this year to put away some serious food :)

We had a great time at fire and ice. I highly recommend using open table to book a reservation because if I didn't the wait would have been around 1-2 hours. Even though we were 20 minutes late, due to lack of parking, we were seated immediately. Overall a great night.
Nice place. Very loud, the temp was all over the place. One minute you need a sweater, the next minutes your ripping off clothing. However the staff were great. Food was awesome . Would go there again.
We had a great time! Our waiter Michael was wonderful & so fun to meet. Also the cooking staff were wonderful. We didn't get their names but they were so nice & made our experience at your restaurant a wonderful one. They even took our picture with Michael & the grill guys. Thank you for such a great evening.
