This was our first visit and all 7 of us enjoy it very much. The food was execellent and the service was very good.
Fun place but don't go with huge expectations. The food is what you make it. Cooking is slow if the place is busy. Basically an all you can eat self-serve hibachi.
I love fire and ice my husband and I try and go every time we go to Boston
Fun place to dine but difficult communicating due to loud music. Fun concept in selecting meal and taking to huge grill. Quality ingredients are used yet music detracts from experience.
Fun. Great service. Friendly Staff. Good food served in a nice atmosphere. Reasonable for special occasion celebration and easily accommodate large groups. Only issue was their need for a telephone reservation confirmation which seemed to defeat purpose of booking on OpenTable. Missed their call and needed to call back. Had to repeat reservation information several times before they found it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great to be able to make reservations in advance.
Fun atmosphere where every diner select all the ingrediants and flavors for there dish.reat fo both foodies and the particular eaters.
The only drawback for us was that people spent a lot of time at the grill, which made it hard to socialize at the table.
