Great Ice breaker for a Fire like group of friends. Service was on time, friendly, feeling comfortable. The trip to the food exhibition is a great experience, imagining what will taste like- the combination you're making on your bowl before heading to the huge cooking destination. Sharing with your friends this unique eating experience is what makes this place my number one destination. Traveling in public transportation to get here was part of our fun day!!!
Service was a bit slow in the begging. We were seated and told our waiter would be right over after about 10 minutes I went over to the host and told him that we still have not seen a waiter. After he arrived he as attentive and friendly. Fun for the kids to pick their food (burgers, steak & cheese subs, ribs, pasta )and watch it getting cooked. Great food...something for everyone...great for groups due to the wide assortment of food choices!
Overall a very good experience, would visit again if in the area... My only complaint was the waiter, although friendly he was more into talking with his co-worker than to provide a great customer service experience. If you are visiting Boston make sure to check it out...
Definitely an interesting type of restaurant. If you have a mind for creativity, then go. But if your looking for a simple sit-down dinner, this isn't what you're looking for. I liked it, but the food wasn't exceptional (the drinks were good though!).
I spent my birthday here. It was amazing!!! the food is delicious, the people are all friendly. and for college students there is discount on mondays! I promise, guarantee you that you are not gonna regret if you visit this place! plus, reserve the table earlier because it is very very very crowded, I guess cause people know the good stuff!!!

Great place for a family or a group. Fun atmosphere. Meat and fish choices were fresh, vegetables were plentiful and crisp, sauces were interesting and tasty. Would return here for a fun meal. There is a slight learning curve here--don't eat too much all at once! Very reasonable prices.
