I love this place. The best time to go is at 2 pm and u get lunch and dinner :) i love the food

place was awesome but chefs should pay more attention to what they are cooking. twice i went up and both times my food was cooked on outside but still frozen in center
I love having so many options! I'm rarely disappointed with Fire & Ice. The main thing that disappointed me was the lack of enthusiasm from the grill cooks. They weren't mean or anything. They just seemed like they were ready to leave and did not want to bother with smiling at the public. It was a bit of a turn off, but the food came out very well. I've done brunch with them as well. It was also a pretty good experience. :-)
Fun, Energetic, good for any occasion
Great food. You can get anything you want. Very friendly staff. This has been my favorite restaurant since it opened in RI many years ago!

We went with a large group with lots of kids early on New Years Eve. The place was VERY crowded, noisy and a bit chaotic. However, our server, was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was pretty good, considering the concept. It was a fun experience, definitely worth trying, especially for the kids who thought it was great. I would go again with a group and recommend for a fun night out for families.
